Age: 6 months + Nutritional Benefits: Very good source of fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Protein. Ingredients: 1/2 apple 4 asparagus spears Vegetable stock 1/2 washed and peeled carrot Instructions: Peel and core apple and add to small saucepan with asparagus and carrot. Cover apple and veggies with vegetable stock and bring to a boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Scoop the apple, carrot and asparagus into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth, adding as much of the stock needed until the desired consistency is reached.
